ATP Prize Money Leaders Update: Jack Draper surges past Alexander Zverev as Jannik Sinner remains top

Jannik Sinner remains top of the ATP Prize Money Leaders despite not playing for the past few weeks and not playing until at least May as of right now. Jack Draper though is the main story as he has made leading strides after Indian Wells.

Draper sits second now showing the strength of the Brit who also reached the final of Dubai earlier in the season. Sinner for reference sits top with $2.15m compared to $1.76m from Draper so a good run in Miami could hoist Draper up to the top.

Albeit that has been a common theme all season not only with this but also the World No.1 race with Alexander Zverev having both in his hands since the start of the year and failing to capitalise. He sits third now with $1.69m having looked likely to unseat Sinner while he is off banned.

Carlos Alcaraz too sits fourth ahead of Taylor Fritz. Holger Rune has also hoisted himself up to eighth with $1.01m after reaching the final. He also adds $29k like the rest of the field straight away to start this week due to reaching the second round of Miami.

So they will add to that from here. For instance, any player from Draper down to Sebastian Baez in 21st could unseat Sinner if they win the title this week as is the weight of Miami on the rankings as well as the dent it takes in Sinner's overall earnings.

He also can't defend his title either so will be playing catchup to defend his World No.1 spot on return with the rest of the tour circling. But Draper who also is high up in the ATP Race has shown over the past week how much of a factor he plays going forward and how good he has been in the past few months.
