An unfortunate cull from the tour in 2025 was the stop off to the Estoril Open but still they have assembled a superb line-up for their ATP Challenger Tour 175 event next week which now includes Felix Auger-Aliassime.
Auger-Aliassime had a poor week in Madrid, he lost out in the second round having to defend final points from last season. He has a 17-10 season record and has had a middling effort.
From a superb start to the year, he has petered out slightly. He has not competed at the Challenger Level since 2019 and now heads to Estoril between 29 April - 4 May.
"I'm happy to say that I've accepted a wild card at the Estoril Open, so I'll be seeing you all very soon on the courts there," the Canadian said in a video posted by the tournament.
It was at one point even more stacked with Tomas Martin Etcheverry, Roberto Bautista Agut, Fabian Marozsan, Kei Nishikori, Francisco Comesana, Laslo Djere, Yoshihito Nishioka, Christopher O'Connell and Cameron Norrie all withdrawing.
But Alex Michelsen, Marcos Giron, Joao Fonseca, Nicolas Jarry, Learner TIen, Jan-Lennard Struff among others will play making it almost like the old Estoril ATP 250 but at Challenger level.
