Blame WTA's ridiculously hectic scheduling for all the withdrawals from BJK. Perhaps one day BJK herself will stand-up for the WTA players in their battles with WTA.10-04-2025 09:48

Sort of ironic -- and deserving -- the BJK Cup is being passed over by top players due to hectic (ridiculous) scheduling. Ironic because BJK herself has avoided supporting the players in any of the legitimate issues they have been bringing to WTA with little-to-no success.10-04-2025 09:46

Emma will have plenty of time to hire or coerce coach & babysitter #8 after today's match with Kessler. May as well call that taxi to the airport now.23-03-2025 12:40

And her coaching field of suckers is diminishing by the day now (as opposed to weeks). So, given Emma's age, is she (and has she been) The Problem all along? Or perhaps only since she became of age and thus her parents are now left out of the Coach-firing equation? This is all too ridiculous anymore. Multiple failures and endless Wildcards do not bode well for anyone who purports to be Professional. Perhaps 'Only Fans' is in her future?20-03-2025 14:03

It's not uncommon for a minority of successful athletes to feel superior and entitled. Djokovic has portrayed that mentality for years -- but apparently I'm the only one to have noticed! One would always hope Karma might ultimately intervene. However Karma is not all that reliable. So fans have a choice: Tolerate these ingrates, or do not support nor watch them. I have always chosen the latter.20-03-2025 13:59

Seems clear enough to me these past few seasons that these organizations are ever closer to monopolizing anything and everything related to tennis; consistent disregard for players' & teams' health and well being concerns; and their totally inconsistent actions regarding doping issues. In Short: These various wings of the Pro Tennis hierarchy have shown varying degrees of ineptness, to say the least.20-03-2025 13:53

The uninformed sensationalist media (and anti-Social media) won't leave this incident alone. The direction that ball took was obviously unintentional. Only Non-Tennis trolls and the usual anti-Iga suspects are jumping on the ban-her-for-life bandwagon.19-03-2025 13:53

An excruciatingly poor match. I know because I woke up 5x and it still would not end.19-03-2025 13:50

Having watched the relationship between Martinez and Mirra over the past two seasons, at matches and on television, the nearly symbiotic connection is impressive. I've picked-up on signals from Martinez as well as sitting near enough to hear her instructions. I have learned an incredible amount about the subtle things in tennis from her coaching techniques just by hearing what she tells Andreeva during matches. Recently Martinez was telling us how Mirra "is a sponge" -- learning from, and listening to, everything around her. Apparently Mirra is an enthusiastic, extremely willing student of the game who loves her coach like a big sister. The best part of all is how refreshing it is to see all the 'Goodness' these two exude. Something we desperately need in today's world.15-03-2025 21:00
