Fans have reacted to the discussion surrounding Alexander Zverev and on-court insulin injections.
The German player has had type 1 diabetes since he was three years old. Zverev has become embroiled in controversy due to the authorization he has to inject insulin during ATP tournaments, but not during the 2023 French Open.
