Thiem moves quickly to add new members of coaching team after Massu split

Dominic Thiem is already filling out his staff following his recent split with long-time coach Nicolas Massu adding two new names to his coaching team.

The Austrian recently parted ways with Massu after four years where the first ones were great but the last year and a half weren't so much. He didn't really reveal a reason for the split nor has Massu spoken with the media but he's already making moves by adding new faces to his team. Thiem hired experienced Benjamin Ebrahimzadeh and physiotherapist Matthias Kapl. They will be on trial in Monte-Carlo.

Ebrahimzadeh, a former player previously worked with players on the ATP Tour in the past like Struff but also has WTA experience having worked with Kerber too. The only comment Thiem offered on the coaching change was that he will remember his time with Massu fondly as they were really successful.
