Raducanu has no upcoming tournaments in the next few weeks of February and could potentially return at the next Indian Wells, scheduled between March 6-17. However, she hopes to receive a wild card since her ranking won't be sufficient for direct entry.
The former world No. 10 acknowledged that the match's timing affected her and that she still needs time to readjust to the schedule: “It was a combination of things. It was my first day-match I have played in a year. That is different,” Raducanu said.
"I just struggled with the timing of the ball. It will come with more time practicing as well as matches. It is hard for me to get used to the tour schedule,” she added.
