Sebastian Baez's surprising loss to Gael Monfils at
Roland Garros earned him a lot of hateful comments about the supposed AI software used by the
French Open not working.
Leading up to this event the French Open announced that they would be using AI software to monitor to social media profiles of players attending the event in order to combat the hate they get. Many players have spoken out against the hateful comments they regularly received on social media.
Sebastian Baez squandered a huge lead against Monfils and expectedly the comments were flooded by hateful people who were mad about the outcome of that match. The AI software was supposed to combat that but with the comments still there it seems like it's not working as well as it was intended.
