The dream run for Daniil Medvedev will come to an end on Monday, March 31 when the latest ATP Rankings are released, as the Russian will no longer be listed among the world's top 10 players.

The former World No.1 has had a rough 2025 season, with his most recent outing being a disappointing opening round loss to Spaniard Jaume Munar at the Miami Open. Prior to his showing in Miami, Medvedev suffered several disappointing losses this year, falling to rising American star Learner Tien in the second round of the Australian Open and Italian qualifier Mattia Bellucci in the round of 16 at the Rotterdam Open.

Medvedev's impressive top 10 streak comes to an end

With his early loss in Miami, the Russian will see his ranking drop out of the top 10. Medvedev spent a total of 273 weeks in the top 10, and is one of just 30 men to have spent 260 weeks (5 years) or more among the best in the sport, since the ATP rankings began in 1973.

Leading the field is Swiss legend Roger Federer, who has spent an astounding 968 total weeks in the top 10. Rafael Nadal comes in second place with 912 total weeks, whereas Novak Djokovic has 883 weeks (and counting) to his name at third place. American tennis great Jimmy Connors comes in fourth with 817 weeks, whereas retired compatriot Andre Agassi rounds out the top five with 747 total weeks in the top 10.

Other notable names in the list include former World No.1 Andy Murray, as the Brit sits at 11th place with 494 weeks. World No.2 Alexander Zverev currently has 338 weeks in the top 10, whereas Juan Martin del Potro and Stan Wawrinka have spent 300 total weeks and 267 total weeks respectively being one of the top 10 players in the world.
