Liam Broady urges ATP to make up their mind over Wimbledon decision

Tennis players around the world are facing an uncertain few weeks, with the ATP and WTA yet to decide on the punishments they will hand out to Wimbledon for their decision to ban Russian and Belarusian players.
Reports in recent days have suggested the world’s top male players are in favour of stripping world ranking points from Wimbledon and the LTA-organised grass court events that will proceed the biggest event of the tennis year in south west London.
That decision could see Wimbledon reduced to little more than an exhibition event, with players likely to skip the British grass court tournaments such as the event at the Queen’s Club in London as they look to collect ranking points in other parts of Europe.
Now British Davis Cup player Liam Broady has urged the ATP to give him and his fellow professionals a vote over what should happen next, as he suggested in a Twitter post that the players are not being listened to. He wrote on Twitter:
"Would be great if the ATP and WTA kept players informed with decisions regarding the grass season point structure, maybe even had a vote about what players thought. They are players associations after all…"
