For the first time since 2000, two players from the same country will be on top of the ATP Rankings and it's Nadal and Alcaraz.
Carlos Alcaraz will be number one on Monday with Nadal moving up to number two meaning that we have two players from the same country on top of the rankings. The last time that happened was way back in 2000 when Sampras and Agassi were on top representing America.
It will come after Casper Ruud will slide down to number 3 following his lacklustre week in Korea. The Norwegian player won the San Diego Open last year this week so him making only the quarterfinals in Seoul loses him points. As the difference with Nadal was fairly small, the Spaniard will overtake him as number two.
