San Diego Open Prize Money with $600,000 on offer

The 2021 San Diego Open is an ATP 250 event starting on Monday, September 27th and running till Sunday, October 3rd.

Despite being an ATP 250 event it will feature a very strong field headlined by top 10 players such as Andrey Rublev and Casper Ruud as well as many other great players. The event also boasts an overall financial commitment of $600,000 which is very high for an ATP 250 event. Besides Rublev and Ruud the field will also feature Denis Shapovalov who just played for Team World at the Laver Cup.

It will also feature Hubert Hurkacz who just won the Moselle Open in Metz, as well as Laver Cup alumni Felix Auger-Aliassime and Diego Schwartzman. The event was not held in 2020 and this will be the first time it's held in this iteration which means we will crowd a 1st time champion.

He will be awarded 250 ATP points as well $92,515 while the losing player in the final will get 150 ATP points and $54,355. Semi-finalists will get 90 points and $32,050 while the lower rounds offer fewer points and less prize money. Check out the full breakdown below.
