A long-term exhibition format,
Tie Break Tens will return again before this year's Indian Wells and will be played on site in the desert before the tournament gets underway.
It will be a stellar 16-player line-up of some of the best from both ATP and WTA. Headlined by World Number One in the latter,
Iga Swiatek as well as
Aryna Sabalenka,
Leylah Fernandez,
Emma Raducanu and
Jessica Pegula.
With the ATP element coming from
Taylor Fritz and
Tommy Paul, two of America's best as well as
Hubert Hurkacz,
Cameron Norrie,
Felix Auger-Aliassime and
Casper Ruud with 11 out of the 16 players currently announced.
Compared to previous years with last year being an eight players women's tournament won by Amanda Anisimova, it will comprise of mixed doubles with the tie-break format and as the strap line suggests, every point counts. It will take place on Tuesday 7th March in California.
