Johanna Konta recently retired from professional tennis and has begun the next phase of her life with the former British No.1 set to become a mother for the first time.
Konta is expecting her first child with husband Jackson Wade with the 31 year old revealing the news on her social media with the caption "Busy baking my own little muffin right now".
Donna Vekic, Shelby Rogers, Katie Boulter, Dominika Cibulkova, Timea Babos and Harriet Dart were among those to send congratulations.
After struggling with a long-term knee injury, Konta retired this past December and the three-time Grand Slam semi-finalist married long-time partner Wade in the days following the announcement.
