21-year-old Canadian tennis star,
Bianca Andreescu has been out of the tennis court for about six months but she will make her return this week in Stuttgart.
Earlier this year, she missed the Australian Open, as she was recovering from her mental health concerns. Now, she is finally ready to make her comeback on the tour. Ahead of her return, she decided to do a Q&A session on social media, where the Canadian tennis player shared an important message for all her fans.
One of her fans asked, “How did you start to push yourself to be where you’re at today?”
She replied with:
“I
do my best to have a growth mindset in every situation. Always look for
the good in things. It’s important to have intention in life and every
time I remember my goals/ purpose it drives me to wake up in the
morning.”
Meanwhile, with her current WTA ranking
(120), it will be tough for her to get a direct entry into tournaments
and Grand Slam events. She needs to rely on wild cards to get an entry.
However, according to recent reports, we could see her play at Roland
Garros with a protected ranking, due to her injury.
