"Left all my heart, voice and soul": Potapova shares thoughts after watching boyfriend Shevchenko lose to Medvedev

The thrilling Madrid Open third round battle between Russian Daniil Medvedev and compatriot Alexander Shevchenko left many on the edge of their seats, including WTA star Anastasia Potapova, who is currently dating Shevchenko.
Potapova was in attendance for the nail-biting encounter, which saw Medvedev prevail in three difficult sets. After experiencing a rollercoaster of emotions during the match, Potapova had nothing but praise for Shevchenko, stating she whole-heartedly supported him and was proud of his performance during his maiden Masters 100 event.
"Left all my heart, voice and soul today. So proud, keep doing your thing @shevchenkoo_17,” Potapova wrote on Instagram.
The WTA World No.25 shared the same fate as her boyfriend on Sunday, losing to compatriot Veronika Kudermetova in the round of 32.
