(VIDEO) Tennis fan risks injury and jumps fence to catch Elena Rybakina's tennis ball hit into the stands at Qatar Open

One fan took trying to catch a signed tennis ball to the extreme after Elena Rybakina's semi-final win over Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova at the Qatar Open potentially risking injury and at worse death to catch it.

Rybakina signed a tennis ball and hit it into the crowd for one fan to grab and one decided to outpace the others running down an aisle and jumping over a fence to grab it.

The fan in question was ok and was pictured as thus afterwards but it could've gone a lot worse. Rybakina saw off the Russian and will now face Iga Swiatek in a blockbuster final tomorrow.
