Boris Becker excluded two of his four children from his latest wedding a month
ago. The 6-time Grand Slam champion got married for the third time in
Portofino, Italy, near Genoa, to Lilian de Carvalho Monteiro.
According
to LBC from Great Britain, only his two eldest sons, Noah and Elias, from his
first marriage with designer and actress Barbara Feltus, were present. Becker's
only daughter, Anna Ermakova, and his youngest son, Amadeus, did not attend the
ceremony.
Amadeus,
14, was born during Becker's marriage to Dutch model Lilly Kerssenberg.
According to Lilly, the former World No. 1 kept his wedding secret from their
youngest son: “When I asked Amadeus about it, he was surprised. He didn’t know
anything about it,” Lilly Becker told the German magazine Bunte.
“Of course,
he’s wondering why he wasn’t invited and why his father didn’t tell him
anything about it. He’s not a child anymore. He’s 14!” she added. “Behaving
that way towards our son really is the last straw. Who doesn’t want him to
come?”
Becker has
not given any reasons for excluding two of his children from the wedding with
Lilian de Carvalho. The couple started their relationship in 2022 when Becker
was serving time in prison for failing to declare assets during a bankruptcy
proceeding.
