Kyrgios cites double standards in tennis media as Machac eats chocolate in press conference, looks back to sushi moment at Wimbledon

Nick Kyrgios pointed out the double standards in tennis media after a Czech player was seen eating during his press conference with no reactions when he was scolded.

Kyrgios found himself under harsh criticism when he was pictured eating sushi during one of his Wimbledon press conferences at the 2022 Wimbledon. The same was not applied to Tomas Machac who was spotted eating a chocolate bar during his Davis Cup press conference and he was quick to point that out.

"I remember when I had sushi after a 4 hour match at Wimbledon. Was deemed disrespectful."
