"Novak Djokovic deserves to be the GOAT" says Denis Kudla

Denis Kudla had the chance to play Novak Djokovic at Wimbledon recently and the American was impressed.

The American gave Djokovic a real test at Wimbledon almost forcing the match to go 4 sets after some stellar tennis in the 3rd set. However Djokovic rallied in time to keep the match in three sets and speaking about that experience Kudla said:

“I think he (Djokovic) is the greatest of all time. I think he will surpass all of the records by a lot when all is said and done. He just plays the game so incredibly well. It would have been interesting to see if the ages were a little different… if Fed was the youngest, or Rafa was the youngest."

Kudla is only one of many tennis professionals who slowly realizing that Djokovic has a tremendous chance to rewrite the record books especially considering his level is not dropping off even at age 34. Kudla also added:

"I think Novak deserves to be the GOAT, he is the GOAT, he does things nobody is willing to do. And I don’t think he’s just the GOAT in tennis. He could be the greatest athlete of all time."
