Video: Leylah Fernandez shares humorous footage from tennis ball-themed photoshoot

Canadian tennis star Leylah Fernandez gave fans a behind the scene look during a recent tennis-themed photoshoot, during which she was unable to control her laughter.
The former US Open runner-up finished her 2024 season at the Billie Jean King Cup, and took some time to focus on other endeavors during her off-season.

The World No.31 took to social media to update fans on her latest projects. Fernandez was captured participating in what appears to be a commercial, where she donned a white sleeveless shirt and a pleated black skirt.
The video opened with the text "The last time I risked my life for a photo" flashing across the screen, followed by a number of tennis balls raining down on the three-time WTA titlist. Although Fernandez attempted to keep her composure, she was unable to as she broke out into uncontrollable laughter.
"Can't wait to share the results of this shoot with you!! Some exciting projects in the works!” Fernandez captioned the video.
The Canadian superstar is an ambassador for several brands, becoming the first female tennis ambassador for athletic apparel retailer, Lululemon. In addition, she has also secured sponsorships from Google, Morgan Stanly and Flair Airlines.
