After an exciting week of tennis at the 2025
Stuttgart Open, the
WTA Race and Rankings has seen some movement as players resume their quest to master the European clay courts.
World No.1
Aryna Sabalenka maintains pole position in the WTA Rankings even after falling to
Jelena Ostapenko in the Stuttgart final, with the Belarusian finishing runner-up in yet another edition of the WTA 500 event. Conversely, Ostapenko moves six spots up to the World No.18 ranking, in addition to climbing eight positions to the 11th spot in the WTA Race to Riyadh.
