Former World No.1 Andy Murray showed his dark sense of humor on Friday when he shared a brutal comment made by a viewer during the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
The two-time Olympic gold medalist will be competing at his final Olympic Games this year, and was one of several Team Great Britain athletes participating in the opening ceremony procession.

Murray finds funny side to fan's tweet

The opening ceremony was hampered by heavy downpours, as the event took place outside and not inside a stadium. Fans watching on television took to social media to complain, with several noting they had audio difficulties. However, Murray saw the lighter side of things, as he shared a funny post that appeared to take a cheeky dig at the Scotsman.
"If they leave Andy Murray out in the rain any longer he’ll start rusting," wrote a fan on Twitter.
Murray is known for his unique sense of humor, so it's no surprise that the three-time Grand Slam champion found it funny and decided to share it on his Instagram page. The 37-year old has announced he will be hanging up his racket upon completion of the Olympic Games.
After battling with several injuries over the last few years, including hip resurfacing surgery in 2019, the British star played his final Wimbledon match earlier this month, teaming up with brother Jamie for an emotional doubles match and farewell ceremony on Centre Court.
